Our three brands – BT, EE and Plusnet – connect customers to information, entertainment, and friends and family, at home and on the move.
With over 30 million customers, and more than 620 stores on the high street, we're the largest provider of Consumer mobile and fixed broadband communications services in the UK.
The Consumer division of BT sells products and services from BT, EE and Plusnet. We offer a wide range of devices – including mobile phones, WiFi extenders and even baby monitors – via high street retailers and our website.
Our 4G mobile network covers more than 90% of the UK, and our broadband (copper and fibre) products are available to more than 99% of UK premises. Anyone with fast enough BT broadband can get BT TV, and we also offer access to exclusive sporting action from BT Sport.
Sustainability is important to us. We work closely with suppliers to make our business and products as sustainable as possible, from the first link in the supply chain through to our customers.
We also sell services to commercial premises like pubs and hotels, so they can get BT Sport or BT Wifi.
We employ around 19,600 people full-time. Roughly 13,300 of these directly help customers in our contact centres.
