BT Group’s brand architecture is changing. It’s the next stage in our mission to connect people and innovate. 

Customers are our focus

As we hone our customer brands, it’s important that they shine and standout. EE will be our flagship consumer brand; and BT will be our flagship business brand.

Having a lead brand in each space allows us to sharpen our focus and deliver better, simpler offerings for customers in each market.  

You’ll see BT Group representing all our brands

BT Group is getting a makeover so we can speak clearly as one business representing all our brands, including BT, EE, Plusnet and Openreach. You will start hearing us talk in this way now and you’ll start to see gradual changes in line with our new brand architecture as we update our content. Look out for the new BT Group identity in our results announcements, corporate reports and our corporate website over the coming financial year (FY23).
