At BT we are committed to digital inclusion. Our services are for everyone regardless of any differences. We are actively working towards increasing the accessibility and usability of all our online communications, by complying to level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 (WCAG) as a minimum.

WCAG is the international standard that aims at making digital content accessible for disabled people. However, compliance with these guidelines benefits everyone, including people with temporary disabilities as well as those who haven't been diagnosed with a disability yet.

If there are any instances where we might fall short of meeting the minimal level of compliance to WCAG, we will commit to addressing the issues while providing reasonable adjustments whenever possible.
