Johnny leads BT Group Operations, which includes BT Sourced, Supply Chain and Property & Facilities Services. A results orientated leader with deep knowledge and broad experience across BT, Johnny brings a pragmatic, hands on approach to business operations and transformation, consistently delivering strong commercial outcomes by keeping things simple. Renowned for solving complex customer problems, he combines transformational, operational, and analytical expertise built through senior executive roles at BT, Openreach, and Accenture, and through leading large scale transformation programmes and global operational teams.

Denis leads sourcing for BT’s network estate and critical infrastructure. With more than 25 years’ experience across operations, procurement, and supply chain in fast moving international environments, he brings deep expertise in network technology and complex supply markets. His focus is on building and leading high impact teams that deliver optimal total cost of ownership, positively influencing the P&L and balance sheet. Previously, Denis held senior procurement leadership roles, including Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President positions at Enics, Nokia, GPV, and Alcatel Lucent, and began his career as an engineer in research and development.

Tony is a highly experienced and committed procurement professional with 20 years of experience across a diverse range of categories. He has a strong track record in developing and leading procurement strategies, delivering cost savings, and driving service improvements. Known for his self-motivation and innovative thinking, Tony consistently challenges the status quo to create value.

Simen has played a key role in establishing two procurement organizations across different continents, leveraging analysis, digital transformation, and collaboration to drive simplification and cost reduction. He is an effective communicator in both presentations and negotiations, and firmly believes that a fun, engaging environment fuels greater creativity and performance.
