Nick joined the IR team in 2024 from Redburn Atlantic, the public equities division of Rothschild & Co, where he was Partner and Global Head of Research. Nick has over 25 years experience of telecoms and media analysis, and was previously Managing Director at Morgan Stanley.  

Mark has been in BT IR for over 10 years. Prior to joining IR he worked in BT in operational finance, systems development, Group Treasury, and was EA to the UK FD. Mark is a member of CIMA and ACT. 

Abigail is Director of Investor Relations at BT. Since joining BT’s IR team in 2023, she has held several senior roles across the business, including Strategy Director and Convergence and Go-to-Market Director in the Consumer division. She brings over a decade of experience across investor relations, equity research and capital markets, having worked in IR at both BT and Whitbread after beginning her career as a buy-side analyst at Eaton Vance.

Tilly joined BT’s Investor Relations team in 2025. Prior to this, she worked in the Group External Reporting team, focusing on annual report preparation and technical accounting advisory across the business.
Tilly is ICAEW-qualified, having started her career in audit at Mazars.  

Luke is the Investor Relations co-ordinator and programme manager. Before joining the BT Investor Relations team in April 2026 he was Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for FTTP Service Delivery in Openreach, and previous to that, started his career as an Openreach civil engineer.
