Katie Milligan

Appointed April 2026.

Katie joined BT in 2004 and Openreach in 2009. She has held senior leadership roles across Openreach, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Designate and before that Chief Commercial Officer. Katie was also Chair of the Scotland Board.

Under the provisions of the Commitments, the CEO, Openreach cannot be a member of the Executive Committee. Katie attends Executive Committee meetings as appropriate.
