Each location will offer 3 days of FREE digital skills sessions around using digital devices confidently and safely. There’ll also be tea, coffee and cake, on us. It’s a great opportunity to catch up with your friends and learn something new.

We’ve partnered with UK charity AbilityNet

AbilityNet believe in a digital world that is accessible to all. They help support disabled and older people with using technology to achieve their goals at home, work and in education. They also have an amazing UK-wide team of over 300 volunteers who offer support to communities or on a one-to-one basis to teach people essential digital skills.

Sign up today to guarantee your place or drop in on the day for free cake and a cuppa to ask a question. Our friendly AbilityNet volunteers will be on hand to help you with all your digital skills questions.

We’ll be hosting 6 sessions over 3 days designed to boost your confidence:

    If you have a smartphone or tablet, this session is designed to give you an overview of how your device works and how to use it. We’ll cover off the most common features used on these types of devices.

    • Connect with your contacts on email, messaging, or video call.
    • Find out how to take and share photographs.
    • Discover how to download apps.

    Whether you’re a new user or would like a refresh, we’ll give you an overview of how to safely use the internet with demonstrations of some of the things you can do through being online.

    • Discover how to find news, music, education, travel and tv.
