Publish the RFS page: https://www.bt.com/about/bt/policy-and-regulation/our-governance-and-strategy/regulatory-financial-statements to Preview also and the documents should appear in the 'Download asset list v2' area.
Once signed off publish documents to live - NOT BEFORE.
