If your hearing and speech are fine, but you'd like to call someone who is deaf, hard of hearing or speech-impaired, you can call them through the Next Generation Text Service (NGTS). This is where a relay assistant will join the call to translate what you say to text and read out what the person types back as needed to best support the conversation.
