In the BT Complete Wi-Fi app, select the disc, then click Check for updates.
If the disc has not upgraded after the above step, try the following:
- Close the app on your smartphone/tablet.
- Turn off the disc that didn’t upgrade and unplug the power cable from the back of the disc.
- Turn off the disc that is connected to your hub/router. Then unplug the power and Ethernet cables from the back of the disc.
- Plug the discs back in their respective locations.
- Turn both discs on and wait for the solid blue LED to come on.
- Open the app, go to Settings, Firmware Status, and select Check for Updates
- You will now be offered the option to Update Firmware. Select this and follow the instructions.
- Once completed, swap the discs back to their original locations (this ensures the disc location names are correct).
