I have updated the firmware but the app is telling me an update is required for one the discs?

Within the app, simply select the disc and then click check for updates.

If the disc has not upgraded after the above step, try the following:

  1. Close the app on your smartphone/tablet
  2. Turn off the disc that didn’t upgrade and unplug the power cable from the back of the disc
  3. Turn off the disc that is connected to your hub/router. Then unplug the power and Ethernet cables from the back of the disc
  4. Plug the discs back in each other’s location
  5. Turn both discs on and wait for the solid blue LED to come on
  6. Open the app and go to Settings and Firmware Status and select Check for Updates
  7. You will now be offered the option to Update Firmware, select this and follow the instructions
  8. Once completed, swap the discs back to their original locations (this ensures the disc location names are correct)
