Why can't I see BT Sport channels in my TV Guide on my BT TV box?

Have you only just got Superfast Fibre?

BT Sport channels can take up to 24 hours to appear after your fibre broadband is set up. During this time, please leave your TV box on, or in standby mode. Also make sure it's connected to your BT Hub, which also needs to be on.

If you've already waited 24 hours, you may need to update your software and BT Player.

Here's how to do this:

  1. Press the blue YouView (Home) button on your remote control
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Device Management
  4. Select Update On Demand Players
  5. Select Check Now
  6. Once this check has completed, select Finish and then Software Update
  7. Select Get update
