Fix missing Freeview channels on EE TV

Follow these steps to get your missing Freeview channels back on your TV box.

Before you start:

  • check that your TV aerial cable is plugged into the RF IN port on your TV box
  • make sure the cable is secure at both ends

 

Retune your channels:

  1. Press Home (or YouView) on your remote.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select TV Channels.
  4. Choose Retune channels and press OK.
  5. Your channels should now appear.

 

If this doesn’t work

Check your aerial connection:

  • make sure the aerial cable is not loose or damaged
  • try reconnecting the cable firmly

Try another retune

  • repeat the steps above
  • wait until the scan fully completes

 

Still missing channels?
