Fix missing Freeview channels on EE TV
Follow these steps to get your missing Freeview channels back on your TV box.
Before you start:
- check that your TV aerial cable is plugged into the RF IN port on your TV box
- make sure the cable is secure at both ends
Retune your channels:
- Press Home (or YouView) on your remote.
- Go to Settings.
- Select TV Channels.
- Choose Retune channels and press OK.
- Your channels should now appear.
If this doesn’t work
Check your aerial connection:
- make sure the aerial cable is not loose or damaged
- try reconnecting the cable firmly
Try another retune
- repeat the steps above
- wait until the scan fully completes
