To pick up your voicemail abroad you need to set up a voicemail PIN before leaving the UK. To do this, access your voicemail in the UK and follow the voice prompts.
When international roaming is switched on and you've set up a PIN, here's how to get your voicemail:
- Dial your own BT Mobile phone number
- Press * when the voicemail announcement starts
- Enter your PIN
