Cancellation fees
If you leave your contract early
An early termination fee applies if you cancel your service before the end of your minimum contract period. Usually, the minimum contract period is 12, 18, or 24 months from the date you started your service.
For example, if your minimum contract period is 24 months, you can only cancel without paying a fee after 24 months.
How we calculate the fee
The fee is the remaining amount you would have paid up to the end of your minimum period. This means if you cancel before your contract ends, we charge you for the remaining months you agreed to.
Example of a cancellation fee
We take your monthly price, multiply it by the number of months left on each service contract, and add VAT.
