The My BT app puts everything you need in one place, so you can manage your account anytime, anywhere.

Downloading the app

Just search for "My BT" on your device's app store. You can also find links on our About My BT App page.

If you can't find the app, your device might just need a software update.

Logging in and using the app

Log in to the app with your BT ID and password. You'll also be asked to set up a 4-digit PIN for quick access.

You can also use touch ID or fingerprint login if your device supports it.
