You can update your BT ID username and security details at any time by logging in to My BT.
How to update your details
- Log in to My BT
- Go to Settings and select Profile
- Scroll down to find the information you want to update
Changing your BT ID username
- Your BT ID username must be an email address you have access to.
- For security, you’ll be asked to confirm the change by entering your BT ID password.
Forgot your BT ID password, you can reset it here.
Changing your security question
If you change your security question, you’ll need to confirm the answer to your current question before we can update it.
If you’ve forgotten the answer to your current security question, you can reset it here.
