Contact BT using British Sign Language

Follow the steps below to contact BT using British Sign Language (BSL). All you need to use the SignVideo Interpreting Service is a PC with Windows (or a Macbook), a webcam, and a broadband connection.

We're delighted to enable British Sign Language users to contact us using a Sign Language interpreter, through the InterpretersLive! Service, provided by Sign Solutions.

Service hours

The InterpretersLive! service is available on demand 7 days a week between 8am and midnight via the StarLeaf app.

BT’s contact centre is available Monday to Friday between 8am and 9pm, and on weekends and bank holidays between 8am and 8pm.

You can also pre-book BSL Video Interpreters and other types of remote communication support for anytime and anywhere via any video platform.
