Logging in and using the app
Sign in with your BT ID and password. You’ll also be asked to set up a 4-digit PIN for quicker access.
If your device supports it, you can use Touch ID or fingerprint login.
- Don’t have a BT ID? Create one using your email address and account number (on your latest bill).
- Don’t have a bill? We can send your account number by post.
- Forgot your BT ID details? Go to I’ve forgotten My BT login details (BT ID).
- Can’t remember your PIN? Select Forgot PIN on the login screen and follow the steps.
