  • NOW TV Entertainment Pass
  • NOW TV Sky Cinema Pass
  • NOW TV Kids Pass
  • NOW TV hayu Pass

Eligible customers can take out multiple 7-day free trials at once.

At the end of the free trial, the Pass will renew automatically and you’ll be charged for a full month. You can also cancel before the end of the trial by visiting My BT and switching off auto-renewal.

The free trials will be available to select as add-ons when you make an order or log into My BT.  You won't need to apply a voucher code.

Existing NOW TV customers

If you are already a NOW TV customer you’ll need to get in touch and give us the email address you use for NOW TV. You can do this by logging into My BT or calling our customer service team.

You’ll be sent an email with a one-time passcode, which we will use to validate your account. The advisor will then talk you through what you can order with BT, which will appear on your BT TV bill.  Any Passes you don’t bring over to us will end on the next renewal date.

Existing NOW TV Passes

Some customers may have already paid for a NOW TV Pass that has time remaining on it.  If the Pass you have paid for is also included in your new BT TV package, NOW TV will give you a refund to the next renewal date.

The payment will be refunded automatically using the same method you originally used to pay for the Pass, so you don’t need to call NOW TV to ask for your money back.  Refunds can take up to 28-days. We will bill you from the date your BT TV promotion starts.

If you want to keep a pre-paid NOW TV Pass, you can bring it with you when you join BT TV and it will be added automatically to your package. NOW TV will give you a refund and you will billed from the date your BT TV promotion starts.

Alternatively, if you don’t want to bring your NOW TV Pass to BT you won’t be able to access any content when the Pass expires.
