On 21 February 2020 we made some changes to EE TV, introducing flexible packages where you can upgrade, downgrade and add on content month-by-month without changing your contract. These packages are available to new customers and existing customers who choose to re-contract.
Our EE TV offering now includes the following flexible packages for fibre customers:
- Full Works (formerly VIP)
- Big Sport
- Big Entertainment
- Sport
- Entertainment
- Classic Entertainment*
You can upgrade or downgrade your flexible package each month, as long as you are in contract.
For even more flexibility get add-ons, including: TNT Sports, NOW Cinema Membership, the NOW Entertainment Membership, NOW Sports Membership, Netflix, Amazon Prime video and EE TV Kids. These work as monthly-rolling contracts you pay for each month.
All EE TV packages for fibre customers come with our award-winning EE TV box, so you can record, browse, pause, rewind and record.
If you are have standard (non-fibre) broadband with us, you’ll be able to choose between our Sport and Essential packages, which you can add add-ons too.

If you joined us for EE TV before 21 February 2020
You can continue with your current EE TV package and get selected add-ons. If you want to change plan, you’ll need to move to one our new flexible packages. You can then choose from add-ons that include NOW Membership.
