You need a BT ID username and password to log in to BT's online services. This includes My BT, where you can see your bills, usage, products and extras. It also includes our app.
Your BT ID username
Your BT username is your email address. Search for emails from BT in the inbox of each of your email accounts. We'll have been in touch when you registered. If you can't find an email from us, please call 150 from your BT or EE mobile or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone.
Your BT ID password
This is the password you selected when creating your BT ID. If you've forgotten it, you can reset it by following the steps in the link below.
You'll need your username and either your mobile phone or access to your email. We'll then send you a PIN to reset your password.
