How and when will my BT Mobile phone be delivered? Can I change the delivery day?

When will you deliver my phone?

If you order before 4pm Monday to Friday or 11am on Saturday, you'll get your phone the next working day - including Saturdays.

Some parts of the country (like Highlands & Islands and parts of Cornwall) might take up to 48 hours. When you order, you can choose your own delivery day (within seven days).

Where will you deliver my phone?

At the moment, we only deliver your phone to your installation address (the address you gave us when you placed your order). You're the only one who can receive and sign for your phone.

Do I need to be home?

Yes, you'll need to sign for it. Our courier, DPD, can't leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.

To help you plan your day, DPD will text and email you on the morning of your delivery with a one-hour time slot. If you need to rearrange it, they'll tell you how.

Your plan (and billing) usually starts on the next working day after we send out your phone. If you rearrange delivery with DPD, the start of your plan or the first day of billing won't change.

Can I change my delivery address?

At the moment, we'll only deliver to your installation address (the address you gave us when you ordered). That's because we can't let anyone else sign for your phone.

Our courier, DPD, can't leave your parcel in safe place or with a neighbour.

Who do I contact if my phone doesn't arrive?

You can use the DPD tracker to see where your parcel is. It should show the most up-to-date information about your delivery. But if you can't find out where the parcel is, get in touch with us.
