To cancel BT Answer 1571, do it online or call us. The quickest way is online.
- go to www.bt.com/callingfeatures
- select Manage my calling features
- this will start an online order process. Put in your home number and postcode
- confirm you're the BT account holder to continue. The next screen will display any calling features currently on your line
- to cancel 1571, scroll down and select Remove all my messaging features
- click Continue to complete the cancellation order.
