I can hear callers but they can't hear me?

The Secrecy or Mute feature has probably been turned on. When the Secrecy or Mute feature is turned on, some cordless phones will show Secrecy On or Mute On in the handset display. See the user guide for instructions on how to turn Secrecy or Mute off.
