How do I find my landline number?

If you have a landline service in your name with BT or another company, and you're struggling to find your current landline number you can try:

     1. Looking at a recent bill from your current provider

    2. Calling your mobile number from your landline phone

Yes, a landline comes as standard when we provide broadband, home phone and TV services.

You’ll probably have a landline if you currently pay for broadband and/or a landline phone service from BT or another company.

You’ll also have a phone number for that landline – even if you don’t have a phone plugged into the line.

Having your landline number helps us get your new service up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible. We can:

    1. Transfer your current phone number to your new account
    2. Cancel your old service for you

Yes, we’ll give you a new landline number when we set up your service.

You can still order BT services, but you won’t be able to keep your current landline number.

Please note: If you don't give us your landline number, you may need to contact your current provider to cancel your service.
