We'll double your mobile data. And you can choose to add our No Limits plan.
There are changes happening to BT Mobile. This doesn’t affect existing customers with BT Halo mobile benefits, we will still fulfil and support the benefits of double data to your plans.
Existing customers who currently don’t have BT Halo benefits but wish to apply them to their plan will not be able to unfortunately.
This can however be applied as a BT Halo benefit for customers upgrading their mobile plans through the contact centre.
BT Halo mobile benefits will continue to be available to existing customers with under contract who already have them. Unfortunately, existing customers cannot add the benefits to their plan for the first time, neither can new BT Mobile customers.
As a benefit of BT Halo, we'll double the data on your mobile plan. So, if you're on a 6GB plan, you'll automatically get 12GB.
Your basic plan remains the same, 6GB for example. But you'll be able to see it's been doubled in the BT Halo benefits section of your bill and in My BT.
This plan offers exactly what it says - no limits on your mobile, home phone and broadband.
It gives you unlimited mobile data, so there's no need to worry about data caps or unexpected bills. And you can call as many UK mobile and landline numbers from your home phone and mobile as you like, any time.

You'll get the BT Halo mobile benefits on every BT Mobile plan on the same account as the BT Halo broadband plan. It doesn't matter if it's a handset, SIM or Family SIM.

You'll keep your BT Halo benefits as long as you keep your BT Halo broadband package. Your double data mobile benefit will automatically update based on the mobile plan you're on.
