How can I run the Wholehome Wi-Fi app’s set-up again?

Learn how to rerun the BT app’s setup without losing your settings. Follow simple steps to automatically restart and reconnect your Complete Wi-Fi discs.

To run the app’s setup menu after installing your Whole Home Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:

Close the app on your tablet or smartphone.
Turn off the two discs that are not directly connected to your hub/router.
Factory reset the disc connected to your hub/router – use a pin or paper clip to press the factory reset button on the rear of the disc for about 1 second.
Wait for the LED to turn purple, flashing blue, then solid blue.
Turn off this disc.
You can now open the app and follow the set-up instructions.
