Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes — especially if your employer or company pays your bill. Let us know if it’s a one-off or if you need one for every bill.

Can I view my VAT statement online?

Yes — once you’ve got your BT ID for My BT and added your accounts, you can download it as a PDF. You can print it or save it for your records.
