- whether your number is included (free) in call plan minutes
- if you have used your free minute allowance
Using your free minute allowance
Not all phone calls are included if you have unlimited minute plans, for example calls to 0900 numbers.

UK landline numbers (beginning with 01 or 02)
- from landline: included (free) in your call plan minutes (20p outside of minutes)
- from mobile: included (free in your call plan minutes (35p outside of minutes)
08, 09, 118 or 03 numbers
