When your payment is taken

You’ll pay your whole bill on the due date given on your bill. This is usually 8 days after the bill date.

Types of Direct Debit (whole direct debits and monthly payment plans)

There are two types of Direct Debit you can set up:

  • Whole Bill Direct Debit - automatically pay the whole of each bill when it's due by Direct Debit
  • Monthly Payment Plan -  spread the cost of your quarterly bill by making fixed monthly payments by Direct Debit, based on an estimate
