How do I get another copy of my bill?

If you've signed up to online billing you can look at a copy of a recent or past bill by clicking on the View bill button in My BT >

You can also download a PDF copy free of charge if you need it.

If you're not registered for free online billing you can sign up by creating a BT ID at My BT. All you need to register is an email address and your account number, which you'll find at the top of your bills. If you haven't got a bill, we can send you your account number in the post >

The other way to get a copy of your bill is to phone us on 0800 800 150 and ask us to send you one. There's charge of £4.80 including VAT for every duplicate bill we send you.
