Gloucester 34-18 Exeter Chiefs - Watch replay
Hooker Henry Walker scored two tries as lowly Gloucester battled to a bonus-point victory over Premiership champions Exeter Chiefs.
Walker crossed twice in the first half, but Chiefs led 15-14 at the break through Josh Hodge's fine solo try and Don Armand's close-range effort.
The Cherry and Whites retook the lead through Charlie Chapman's 53rd-minute try and controlled the game thereafter.
A penalty try gave them the bonus point against an inexperienced Exeter XV.

Bristol Bears 35-33 Harlequins - Watch replay
Leaders Bristol consolidated top spot after Callum Sheedy’s last-gasp conversion earned Pat Lam’s side a dramatic late win.
Dave Attwood, Fitz Harding and Piers O’Conor scored first-half tries for the home side, with Quins replying through a penalty try and Danny Care score.
The visitors were well placed for an impressive away victory at Ashton Gate, but Bristol staged a remarkable late comeback and claimed the win when Sheedy converted Kyle Sinckler’s last-minute try.
London Irish 36-33 Bath - Watch replay
London Irish earned a thrilling bonus-point win over in-form Bath, who finished with 13 men at Brentford Community Stadium.
Tom Dunn and Charlie Ewels were sent off within three minutes for the visitors in the second half and Irish added tries though Ben Loader and Curtis Rona soon after.
Josh McNally and Jack Walker crossed late for Bath, but play-off hopefuls Irish held on to secure a crucial win.
Worcester 14-62 Northampton Saints - Watch replay
Chris Ashton was sent off as Worcester conceded nine tries to a rampant Northampton Saints at Sixways.
The winger scored his first try since joining the club in January but was sent off on 49 minutes. The visitors capitalised on their numerical advantage in ruthless fashion a one-sided second half.
Ollie Sleightholme scored four tries to put the sorry hosts to the sword in a bonus-point win which consolidates fifth place for Northampton.
Wasps 19-20 Sale Sharks - Watch replay
Sale edged past Wasps in a thrilling finale at the Ricoh Arena, despite having four players sin-binned in the second half.
Akker van der Merwe’s early try was cancelled out by Malakai Fekitoa and the hosts crept ahead in the second period thanks to the boot of Jimmy Gopperth.
But they couldn’t hold on and Josh Beaumont’s converted try secured Sale’s fourth win in their past five games. Wasps are now ninth, while Sale move up to third.

Leicester Tigers 26-12 Newcastle Falcons- Watch replay
George Ford returned from England duty to inspire Leicester to a hard-fought win over struggling Newcastle at Welford Road.
Ford kicked 16 points and Hanro Liebenberg and Charlie Clare scored for the hosts. Will Welch and Sam Stuart replied for Newcastle who improved markedly in the second half.
Tigers move up a place to seventh with the win, while the out-of-form Falcons drop to 10th.
