Changing your BT ID username

You can update your BT ID username and security details at any time by logging in to My BT.

How to update your details

Log in to My BT.
Go to Settings and select Profile.
Scroll down to find the information you want to update.

Changing your BT ID username

Your BT ID username must be an email address you have access to.
For security, you’ll be asked to confirm the change by entering your BT ID password.
