Here's how to change APN settings on an iPhone.

Go to Settings.
Select General.
Select About.

The "Carrier" should show as BT with the current version greater than or equal to 18.1

If the Carrier is not showing "BT 18.1":

Go to Settings.
Select General.
Select Reset.
Select Reset Network Settings.
