Here's how to change APN settings on an iPhone.
If you've got an iPhone 4 or earlier, or an iPhone with iOS 7 or earlier, we can send you a file that will update your internet settings.
This file will only work for mobile data and not MMS when roaming.
If you have an iPhone 4S or newer, or are using iOS 8 and beyond, you can check the settings yourself.
- Go to Settings
- Select General
- Select About
The "Carrier" should show as BT with the current version greater or equal to 18.1
If the Carrier is not showing "BT 18.1":
- Go to Settings
- Select General
- Select Reset
- Select Reset Network Settings
