Can I keep my phone number if I switch to BT?

If your phone service is with another company, such as a cable provider, we can usually transfer your number to BT.

You'll need to do is tell us:

what company are you using
the telephone number you want to bring over

There’s no charge for this transfer. We’ll work with your current provider to keep your service running. If we can’t transfer your number, we’ll give you a new one for free.
