We provide bills and other BT printed information in a range of alternative formats, including large print, Braille and audio (CD) versions.
You can easily change the format of your bill online at My BT. After logging in, just click on the Manage my bills and then the How I'm billed section.
Alternatively, please phone us on 0800 919 591 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday to arrange for information to be sent in your preferred format, or fill in our online form >

Another option is My BT, our online billing service which lets you view and manage your bill online 24 hours a day. My BT is useful if you have impaired vision as it lets you increase the on-screen text or use screen reader technology.
