Why Do Emails Go Missing?
There are several possible reasons:
- You might have accidentally deleted it or moved it to another folder.
- Our spam filters may have redirected it to your Spam folder.
- Someone else may have accessed your account.
- If you use an email app or mobile device with POP3, your emails might not be stored on our servers.
How to Find a Missing Email
- Check your Trash and Spam folders – this is often where missing emails end up.
- Review your filters – they may have automatically moved the email to another folder.
- Using POP3? – Emails may be stored only on your device. Check your email app or mobile device.
