If you don't pay a bill on time you'll get a late payment charge of £7.50.
You can avoid late payment charges by setting up automatic Direct Debit payments. There are two types of Direct Debit you can set up:
- Whole Bill Direct Debit - Automatically pay the whole of each bill when it's due by Direct Debit. The date we'll collect payment is shown on your bill (which will be a minimum of 8 days after the bill date)
- Monthly Payment Plan - Spread the cost of your bills over the year by paying a set amount each month by Direct Debit, on the day you choose. You'll need to pass a credit check before you can get a Monthly Payment Plan
