You’ve probably heard of our Consumer division. Consumer is the part of our business that sells products to the public for personal use. However, they don’t just sell BT products; they also look after products by our other brands, EE and Plusnet. Our three brands connect customers to information, entertainment, and friends and family, and our people help do that.

Doing that takes creativity, energy, curiosity, drive, initiative and ideas. It takes people who make things happen and won't settle for second-best. We employ around 19,600 people to make brilliant things happen for our customers. If that sounds like you, why not come and join us? 

About our roles

No part of our Consumer team is more important than another. Around 13,000 of our colleagues work directly with our customers in contact centres, others work in Marketing, HR, Digital and Sales. Most of our roles are based at our strategic locations, in London, Birmingham and Bristol, as well as in our contact centres. And our Sport broadcast people work mainly in our state-of-the-art production studio, right in the heart of the Olympic Park (when they’re not out on location filming live events, of course). Essentially, we’re a business within a business, so we’ll always a have a role that interests you.
