In the must-see main event, Tyron Woodley returns to the Octagon for the first time since losing his 170lb title to Kamaru Usman in March 2019.
'The Chosen One' takes on Brazilian grappling maestro Gilbert Burns, who comes into the biggest bout of his career riding a five-fight win streak.
Elsewhere, the co-main event sees action from the heavyweight division as Blagoy Ivanov takes on Augusto Sakai while Mackenzie Dern versus Hannah Cifers looks to be the pick of the other fights on Saturday evening.
