Toulouse reached their first Champions Cup final since 2010 with an attritional victory over Bordeaux-Begles.
Matthis Lebel crossed for the hosts after the visitors made a bright start through the boot of Matthieu Jalibert, but Antoine Dupont’s try sealed victory for Toulouse late on.
Leinster face La Rochelle on Sunday for the other place in the final at Twickenham on Saturday 22 May.

French side La Rochelle shocked four-time winners Leinster to reach the Champions Cup final for the first time with a hard-fought victory.
Gregory Alldritt and Will Skelton scored late tries as head coach Ronan O’Gara got one over on his old rivals.
La Rochelle will face Toulouse in an all-French Twickenham final on Saturday 22 May.
