BT Sport is the only place to watch live Premier League, Champions League, Europa League and much more.

Having finally ended 30 years of hurt and lifting the Premier League trophy on Wednesday, after overcoming Chelsea in an eight-goal thriller at Anfield, champions Liverpool are looking to end an historic season with a win at Newcastle.

Jurgen Klopp’s side haven’t been at their scintillating best since the restart however and with the Magpies having done enough to preserve their top flight status for another season, they go looking for a first win in five and to round off the campaign in style.

BT Sport are also broadcasting West Ham v Aston Villa on the final day, a match with huge implications at the bottom of the table.

Dean Smith’s side gave their hopes of survival a massive boost with an unlikely win over a resurgent Arsenal on Tuesday - jumping out of the bottom three.

Villa now occupy 17th place and are in pole position to avoid relegation on what is set to be a nail-biting afternoon on Sunday.

However, should results go against them, both Bournemouth and Watford could leapfrog the Villains and condemn them to an immediate return to the Championship.

West Ham were in real danger of being dragged into the relegation scrap when the season resumed in June, but David Moyes has steered the Irons away from danger overseeing a timely upturn in form.
