The Foxes triumphed over Thomas Tuchel's Blues that day thanks to a Youri Tielemans wondergoal but Chelsea will be firm favourites to reap their revenge this time around after a stunning start to the season.

Our November Premier League coverage kicks off with Steve Bruce's struggling Magpies' trip to the south coast as they face high-flying Brighton on Saturday 6 November in a slightly later kick-off time than normal, at 5.30pm.

After spending the majority of last season looking nervously over their shoulder at the drop zone, both Brighton and Newcastle will have been desperate to avoid a similarly nerve-wracking campaign this time around.

But while the Seagulls look to have kicked on under Graham Potter to make a stunning start to the new campaign, Newcastle appear mired in a fresh crisis and are winless in the league so far.

Finally delivering on the promise that all of last season's statistics proclaimed, Brighton have won four of their five opening games in what is now their best ever start to a top flight season.

 

Following the international break, we're back with an absolute belter at our usual time of 12.30pm on Saturday 20 November as Leicester welcome Chelsea to the King Power Stadium.

Brendan Rodgers' Foxes have not had it all their own way during an inconsistent start to the domestic season, winning just two of their five opening games.

But having recruited smartly throughout the summer, there's no doubt the East Midlands side are a stronger squad than last year and they will fancy their chances of springing a shock on their table-topping visitors.

Chelsea, meanwhile, will need no further motivation to pick up the three points than casting their mind back to that afternoon at Wembley Stadium in the summer.

Just a few games into the new season, it already looks inevitable that Chelsea will mount a serious challenge to Man City's Premier League throne with Romelu Lukaku's signing looking ever more transformative by the game.

Can they continue their imperious rise with victory over one of the league's most notorious giant-killers? 

And the following weekend, our Saturday lunchtime kick-off sees Arsenal host Newcastle in a battle between two of the league's most talked-about teams this season.

Mikel Arteta looks to have slowly wrestled some momentum back in a positive direction after a troubling start to the campaign and will be keen to see his side go on an extended run to put themselves amongst the top six.

To do so, they'll have to navigate what would be a tricky afternoon against a Newcastle team set up to do damage on the counter-attack.

We're also likely to see a homecoming for £25m Newcastle signing Joe Willock, who departed from his boyhood club in north London over the summer following a successful loan spell in the north east.
