New episodes of podcasts that you follow will also show up right in Your Feed in The Athletic app. You can of course listen to most episodes in your favourite 3rd party podcast player such as Overcast on iOS or Google Podcasts on Android.
When purchasing a subscription with Apple Pay, your account with The Athletic is automatically created under the email that is listed for Apple Pay purchases in the settings app on your device. Please note that this email may be different from the email associated with the iTunes Store or your Apple ID.

You can cancel your subscription to The Athletic at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the one-year anniversary of the redemption date, you will not be charged and you will continue to have access to the Service for the remainder of your free year.
To cancel your subscription, go to the Settings page in your account on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. If you signed up for The Athletic using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your subscription, you may need to do so through that third party (such as Apple or Google) by visiting your account with the applicable third party and unsubscribing from The Athletic through that third party.
You may cancel your The Athletic subscription at any time. However, if you do not cancel your subscription before the one-year anniversary of the redemption date, the card on file will be charged £59.99 and each year thereafter until the subscription is cancelled.
There are no refunds for cancellation. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. In the event that The Athletic suspends or terminates your account for violating our Terms of Service, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Services, or any content or data associated with your account. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund or discount to some or all of our subscribers. The amount and form of such refunds and the decision to provide them are at our sole and absolute discretion and does not obligate us to provide such refunds in the future under any circumstance.
