Team news
Antonio Conte may make changes after a disappointing North London derby defeat at the weekend.
Emerson Royal saw red against Arsenal, which will keep him out of the next three Premier League matches, so Conte may consider playing him in Germany or give Matt Doherty a run out.
Responding to journalists asking about the inclusion of Djed Spence, Conte hinted that he perhaps wasn't ready to start a match yet.
Conte could switch to a 3-5-2 formation with Yves Bissouma stepping in, or stick with his prefered 3-4-3 formation with Son and Richarlison supporting Kane up top.
Dejan Kulusevski remains out through injury, as does Lucas Moura.
For Frankfurt, right-back Kristijan Jakic returns from a hip injury and will play some part in the match, but forward Mario Gotze will miss out with an ankle injury sustained during Frankfurt's 2-0 weekend win over Union Berlin, which he scored in.
