Terms and Conditions
1. The Prize Draw is by invitation only open to UK residents who are BT or EE customers aged 18 or over. Only one entry per BT or EE account holder. The account holder will be contacted by telephone if they win.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity. If you are no longer a BT or EE customer when the draw is made, you will not be eligible to win.
3. The prizes available are:
- 5 pairs of tickets to the FA Cup Final on 14th May
4. The prize does not include travel to or from the venue or any expenses incurred by you in attending the event.
5. The prize is subject to the venue terms as follows:
a) The winner must agree to the following background checks being carried out
i. Media checks, including social media
ii. Football banning order
BT reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner should the checks raise any concerns. BT reserve the right to define what constitutes concerning behaviour.
b) If an Event is cancelled for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control or for reasons related to health and safety and there will be no rescheduling of the Event, tickets will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.
c) The Winner and their guest must comply with government guidance on Covid-19 protocols.
d) By entering this Prize Draw the Winner and their guest agree that their image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews).
e) Events at Wembley Stadium are managed by the Football Association Limited, and or the FA Group and or Wembley National Stadium Limited. These groups accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion, not being able to enter into this promotion or accepting any prize. The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited and all members of the FA Group further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the liability of The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited or all members of the FA Group for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of acts or omissions of them or their employees.
6. The prize is subject to availability.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
8. Entries must be made from 12th April to 5th May 2022 on www.bt.com/registertowin. Customers who have received an SMS invitation to enter the Prize Draw may also enter by SMS. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw. Where an account holder enters twice from BT and EE accounts registered using the same email address, one entry will be removed.
9. There are 5 prizes in total to be drawn. The winners will be drawn at random by an independent person by 6th May 2022. Winners will be notified by telephone on or before 7th May 2022 where a third-party agency will arrange the fulfillment of the tickets. BT reserves the right to choose the prize for each winner.
10. A list of prize winners (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to BVP C13, BT Consumer, One Braham, Braham St, London E1 8EE on or before 5th June.
11. If you are a BT customer, your personal data will be collected, used and stored in line with BT’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.bt.com/privacy-policy/. If you are a EE customer, your personal data will be collected, used and stored in line with EE’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://ee.co.uk/eeprivacycentre. The Promoter may pass on the winners’ contact details to a third-party provider to arrange fulfilment of the prize and who will provide further details about the prize.
12. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter’s sole discretion) and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
14. Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Prize Draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize.
