Understanding mobile charges

You'll pay extra charges if you use more than your inclusive data, minutes and texts. You'll also pay for any extra stuff that isn't included in your plan – like calls to premium rate numbers.

You can track your usage in the BT Mobile app, and you can set a monthly spend cap to limit extra charges.
