Your subscribed TV channels are delivered through your broadband connection rather than your TV aerial, so you'll need a reliable broadband connection.
- To watch your subscribed BT TV channels, you need to use the BT Hub we sent you. If you're not using the correct Hub, you may see an error message.
- You can check which BT Hub you have by looking at the label on the back or bottom of your Hub.
- Other routers and older BT Hubs aren't supported.
