I've already got a plan with Family SIMs, can I downgrade?

You can only downgrade your plan once without incurring any charges. Your new plan will begin from the date of your next bill.

If you want to downgrade, visit > or call us on 0330 1234 150 (Monday to Friday 8am until 9pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays 8am to 8pm), and we'll talk you through your options.
