Having trouble inviting someone to your Family SIM plan? Try these fixes:
- Check the surname and postcode - they have to match the details of the person who pays the bill for that SIM.
- Make sure you've got the correct phone number for the person you're inviting. They may have changed numbers.
- Check that the person you're trying to invite is a BT Mobile customer. If not, all you need to do is order them a new SIM.
- Invite links expire after 24 hours. Send a new one if needed.
